New Ventrilo Info

The hosts of the Assault server have offered us a free Ventrilo server because we have been with them for so long. Because of this, we are going to save Phoenix some money and get rid of the old Ventrilo. We need to go back to ground one here and set everyone up with new accounts. For the time being, sign in as a guest and talk to a leader about setting up an account.
