One of the only hardcore bands I like. Fairly old-school emo-core. (Not to be confused with today's emo.) Very political.

Don't like hardcore.

I'm not really into it. The only two bands I like are Boy Sets Fire and Blindside (Christian hardcore), both of which I was introduced to in high school.

Staind is good. Haven't listened to Godsmack since highschool. I think seether is good. Never heard the others.

That's what makes Tool so good. They cover the full gamut. Like, "Right in Two" on 10,000 Days - by the time it gets up to the climax, I'm about ready to fuckin' burst. While the tam-tams or whatever Danny is playing are popping around, and building up, and then BAMMM!!!! FUCK, right in your face! That's where it's at.

I listen to a lot of fucked up shit. Mainly hardcore/metal/noise/grind, etc.

Cool choice with Winds of Plague, though I am not a huge fan of Decimate the Weak.

I love the rawness and sometimes imperfections of music, and am usually disappointed when CD's or bands get over-produced.

But Hell, who wouldn't want to get over-produced / sell out and make bank!

Yeah I agree, I like the fact that when I wear a Winds of Plague shirt or some other band, no one knows who they are. It's something exclusive for me. That's one of the reasons why I like this style of music.
